OBSERVATION

Observation is a thing that most people don't like.For your information,observation can also train your memory.You can train it by looking at your room for about ten minutes,jot down all the things that you see in the room in a notebook or you can draw it.After that,face against the wall and recall everything in your room.Or other exercise you can use to train your observation is observe what did you do today and asked yourself this kind of questions before you go to sleep.
  1. The duration of you going to school or working places.
  2. How many steps did you use to go into the office or class?
  3. How many street lamps did you see along the journey?
Or you can ask yourself other type of questions.I got to go now.Bye for now.
